Writing this review, after purchasing a CO2 fractional laser for my center. I haven't purchased it before. Their staff gave us training and was very cooperative. The owner also was very nice. Genuine company with promising results on their machines.

The assistance I received from the staff was a wonderful experience. About a year ago, I bought 8 laser equipments from NC Medical system. Fast delivery, prompt installation, and one-call service were provided at my location. The products were well-made and reasonably priced. The equipment hasn't had any issues functioning as of now. Owner Mr. Naveen and secretary Miss Soni Jha are really cordial, helpful, and quick to react to calls. They are all reliable. I hope they have a lot of success.

Hello, I don't write reviews so oftenly. But today I'm writing it bcz these guys gave services to those products which we didn't evn purchased from them.

From the company i hv purchased diode, Pico, they didn't evn respond.

But when I get the chance to get in touch with their staff...they hv solved my problem. All the conversation was so smooth with their staff and my machines are now working absolutely normal. I will purchase all aesthetic equipments from them only.
